If you so desire we can modify these plans to add your custom touches. We use a state-of-the-art, 3D, architectural design system that shows you exactly how your finished home will look, including inside views showing kitchen cabinets and room layouts.
We then take care of all the site work such as excavating and building the foundation, connecting to water & power, and providing a septic system to your approved plan, and constructing a cistern if needed. We even can refer you to a mortgage lender.
We can then provide a variety of custom touches such as the interior & exterior paint colour, type of windows and doors, type of ceiling fans, pattern of tile, and the list goes on and on. In fact we are here to satisfy anything you desire. When complete, we turn over the keys to you, hence the term turnkey
